With a total headcount of around 5,000 employees, Anker’s bonus bonanza means that a staggering 10% of their workforce are now millionaires in RMB terms. And here’s the kicker – according to insiders, a whopping 70% of these lucky recipients are 一线员工 – frontline, rank-and-file employees, not just top-level executives. One insider even let slip that “employees with average performance received bonuses roughly equivalent to their annual salary. And for high-performing teams, bonuses could reach upwards of 20 months’ salary!” Let that sink in for a moment.

Taiwanese exports to United States have surpassed exports to China in February 2025. Looks like DPP's efforts to "diversify" have yielded some results.

No. Not really DPPs doings. They have no idea what they are doing.

Context is important

Much of what Taiwan used to export to China has been taken over by domestic firms. Similar to Korea's trade with china. As china goes higher on the tech ladder, they need less and less form Taiwan.

High end semi, which china wants, is banned for export but the US.

US import from Taiwan is from import substitution due to tariff on China. Once Trump puts tariff on Taiwan, that may change.

So nothing the DPP does, it's all economics.
