Respectfully I disagree about your point about China making up its"lack of <constant>war experience" with quantity only -China like any good military will use constant quality training and drills to prepare its military for the "gravest extreme"an example would be 2020 Galwan clash with india as india wrongly believed that the peaceable not peaceful PLA was an easy target for its unprovoked attack and subsequently paid for it bloodily and now Australia is shitting bricks over the PLAN's freedom of navigation exercise and live fire drills off Australian international waters.In peacetime-drill,drill,drill,remember ,analyze,learn and then adapt and drill some more.

No country really has current war experience anyways. Maybe Russia.

We're in a pre ww1 like situation where great power wars haven't happened in ages and technology already rapidly changed since the last. At the outbreak of ww1, Germany had not seriously fielded armies since Napoleon.

With all nations starting at 0 experience, technology, industry and adaptable command mindset is what will generate lessons from acquired experience when the fighting starts.
