I'm ok with this and restoring the Roman city as it was in Imperial times ie if they actually rebuilt the old Roman architecture because at this rate, Vienna is more suited for a 'european capitol' more than anything else. And Vienna is overrun by muslim tourists which i'm sure would make all those "Gates of Vienna" types, apopletic.

No, $2million to No.2 group ( a subdivision of village). Per head is 6k, based on one grandma takes 36k for 6 persons in her family.
It also depends on your contribution, whether you have a job at the village enterprise.
