So did China retaliate against the CIA after they orchestrated numerous terrorist attacks in China previously?
This is just some of the declassified ones, China has a history of hiding mass causality events for a long time.
It's not mythical powers for CIA to orchestrate terrorist attacks in China, they do it constantly in other countries, they did it in China less than 10 years ago. Burying our head in the sand doesn't actually make us safe, it just makes us feel safe.

In a counter terrorism campaign there are many reasons to classify details of attacks. You don't want terrorists to know how their networks are being tracked.
I never said the government lied, the government said the guy was unhappy after his divorce and the guy "severely injured" (killed) himself in the car. None of this excludes the possibility it was a CIA orchestrated terrorist attack. Often the government doesn't tell the whole truth in the beginning, this is the case in China and outside China.
The Iranians have a moratorium on not building 2000km range ballistic missiles. But the thing is they have space launchers which can do exactly that.
