My guess is SK is told to act like they're upset, but they're not.
I think there are three possible reasons for hyping up North Korea helping Russia, all coming from the Ukrainian / NAFO crowd:
1 - Use it to push for official NATO troops in Ukraine, arguing since third party North Korea joined, NATO can too.
2 - Sell to Europe the idea that a bunch of Asians are on European soil, soil EU consider theirs because they consider Ukraine to be theirs, and evoke the racist in them, because Ukrainian Nazis are.
3 - Use it to rationalize losing, same way they use North Korean shells to rationalize how Russia did not, infact, run out of weapons, and if that implies NATO is weaker than North Korea, just don't think about it.

NK entering really is a mask off moment for westerners. Like Russians have been blowing up people for over two years now and people don't really care. Yet when some North Koreans are said to allegedly said to just scout out a few non frontline areas, they go frothing in the mouths. Should have asked some whiter looking guys to do it.

Which is funny because the Mongol Empire at the peak extended from Korea to modern Poland, North Koreans hasn't even gone that far yet.

Honestly 2024 has not been a good year for India.

• 0 golds at Olympics
• Lost Bangladesh
• Canada now openly hostile to them
• Sunak/Harris lost showing that Indian Diaspora are not liked in the west like they think they are
• Huge influx of anti-Indian posting
• Have to sign the border agreement with China so they cannot have a legit reason against China anymore without looking bad

In two weeks time, there will the World Chess Championship between Ding Liren against Gukesh. This is their last chance of making 2024 look not so bad. If Gukesh loses against Ding who is now ranked like #20 coz he wants to quit, you will never hear the end of it for the next two years.

And in true JH form, the biggest problem they see is item #5

To be fair, he didn't say how effective it would be; he simply said it's the best that America's got left. It's probably true cus they've tried everything else and they all flat our failed or made China stronger.

TSMC need to move everything and everyone to the US for US to have a chance, which requires US to abandon Intel, welcome massive number of Asians, then give them overriding authority over locals, literally opposite of everything Trump believes in. Any half measures in doing so will dilute talent and hurt both US and TSMC, which suits China.

Can't US via Intel just "acquire" TSMC or a merger?
