I don't understand the negativity towards China's largest source of oil and food in a war. Russia and Central Asia singlehandedly solve China's food problem in any USA blockade.

It's weird how SDF seems to discuss Russian Manchuria far more than any other lands the Qing lost.

Why don't people complain about Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Tajikistan? Mongolia has far more land mass than Outer Manchuria. The former Qing lands in Central Asia have far more population.

Land mass doesn't matter. Manchuria was highly strategically important for China. Extremely important actually, just open the map and see what lies literally opposite of it.

The scale of infrastructure they are building. New Cities will be logically created. There will be new Vostok highway to Pacific Coast. That alone will create new cities on the way. Similar Railway Line up to Arctic connecting Siberia in the South. These logistic arteries cannot exist in isolation. Russia built newer cities in much more mountainous before.

Not every place will developed same speed. Some in Arctic faster. some in Pacific Coast and Sakhalin island. This Sea of Japan is included in part of tourism development

So now you are changing your answer from previously citing projects taking several year for building cities in the middle of no where. To it will naturally happen because projects will be built along the way at various speeds.

Either you arm the globe against your enemy or your enemy will arm them against you. From an American perspective, it's a great investment to create hurdles around China by arming vassals like Japan, Korea, etc. So, if there is any direct confrontation between China and US, then China will first have to deal with all these other states.

People tend to forget that one of the big reason why the US was capable of becoming a global ruling power is because they have no natural threats.

China voted against Iran in many UN sanctions and resolutions. That may be why they are cautious.

China was a victim of many imperialists, no need to single out Russia. Imperial Japan was the worst in terms of lost lives, and Japan is still egregiously unrepentant to this day. China will not get its territories back from Russia short of a nuclear exchange, in that case, everyone will be a loser. So it's better to let bygones be bygones.

Nearly all the Central Asian countries got their territories back from Russia without any involvement of nukes.

Iran also has net positive perceptions of the US and EU and net negative perception of Russia.

That's not it. US and Europe vote against Iran in the UN much more than China and Russia, yet Iranians view US and EU positively and view China and Russia negatively.

Also looks like Iranians have extremely negative view towards their own government, so good Sino-Iranian relations may end up being a negative rather than a positive.

I think this is a likely contributing factor. Iranians really don't like their government and political system.

Iran economy is shit so public acceptance of its political system, alignment, values, diplomacy etc are also at low levels.

I see Iranians the same fool as Russians who park their money in Euro to bet against sanctions. White power and what not. Lucky for us, American elites are unredeemably racist. As some have stated, many individual Russians still feel closer cultural ties to Europe and some may view Chinese with suspicion. I agree, particularly about how influence is the most powerful tool used by the West, but how exactly do you propose China go around to pitching this to Russia? And how would Russia enforce this? Trying to suppress access to Western media but doing it unsuccessfully would only have the opposite effect.
