It should be Tokyo because only Tokyo's police department is named "警视厅".

Just lookey here!! A former high ranking military man shot to death by Seattle police from a sting operation AGAINST CHILD SEX TRAFFICKING. I saw this news report without the inclusion of the additional details that was later added about the person's identity. It has come to light that THE PERVERT, CHILD RAPIST, SEXUALLY DEPRAVED MANIAC was the commanding medical officer in GUANTANAMO BAY INTERNMENT CAMP, the NATO Afghanistan mission (where most likely this maniac abused a lot of young boys and girls to his depraved pleasure). I am beginning to believe that the charges against the Clintons and other high ranking officials in the U.S. politics/business/military etc...are true.
