I believe all countries would be pro-Palestine openly if they weren't under the threat of losing something significant by American interference (i.e. sanctions, regime change, etc.). Many weak countries and vassals fall in this category. Some countries are confident or powerful enough to stand up to the hegemon without fear of losing. And like others mentioned, many countries including China have been the victims of colonialism (especially European colonialism) and the associated horrors are still fresh in their memory.
India is the odd one out; despite being a victim of occupation, mass looting, and mass murder by the British, it stands with the Brits and their Israeli project because the Indian ruling class has always been anti-Muslim and because they share an issue similar to Palestine - occupation of Kashmir which is populated by Muslims. This should tell you how much India hates Muslims who form a large sector of their population. You'll see Indians routinely criticize Britain for it's colonial history but the fervent hatred for Muslims is much, much greater and puts it inline with Western colonialists and Israelis.
