Just have a proper communist party in charge + a good 'cultural revolution' to properly nail past crimals into history along with destruction of symbols like yasakuni shrine.

Depends on the site of the cancer. But given that the cancer was discovered while he was being treated for PROSTATE, then it could be testicular cancer. Our king just need to remove his EGGS. And that will be history, the first king without eggs!
