Its on Facebook. India Today's farcical comment about Singapore's PM, Lee Hsien Loong:
India Today is saying that Lee Hsien Loong is the "outgoing Prime Minister of Singapore". And that his replacement is "gonna be an Indian-origin PM, a Tamilian in fact". They have mistaken Tharman Shanmugaratnam, the President-elect of Singapore to be Lee Hsien Loong's replacement as the next PM. Anyway, Tharman Shanmugaratnam is not of "Indian origin" he is an ethnic Indian of Singapore origin. Those Jai Hind fools!
Singapore has a roughly similar upper-political structure as India where the President is the symbolic head of state, but the Prime Minister is the one that calls the shots. How could India Today get this so wrong? Those idiots must have been high on Jai Hind!
