This remind me of this picture that i already posted. based on greater wealth creation in Mideast. it is expected more indian will get employed to have enough money and education to move to west and there will be more demographic opportunity depend on effectiveness of economic grip of Arabs in west. this without the new large wide body airline from Saudi. and there will be certain airlines not on map.

He did it in the SoU address and various other times for the last year and he seemed to me genuinely to believe them because he says it with such confidence. I'm really beginning to wonder whether the American political system has become so dysfunctional and delusional that it started to believe its own propaganda. I really wonder whether POTUS is getting proper intelligence about China.

I feel that the Peter Zeihan propaganda is an overall improvement over the older propaganda nutjobs like Gordon Chang, Peter Navarro, and Steve Bannon. At least for Peter Zeihan, he is saying that China is so doomed, so the US should not worry too much about it. The older yellow peril nutjobs would say that China is doomed, but is also evil, so the US must hurt and destroy China. Biden is still influenced by the propaganda of those older nutjobs.
A more peaceful US president might use the Peter Zeihan propaganda to calm the American public, and then start to turn the country's attention inwards. Work on America, and leave China alone, because it is doomed anyway.
According to Pop3, China is not shining military grade laser on their ship for shits and giggles. They are using optical fire control to acquire a lock on the ship for simulated attack. Using radar fire control would give away too much information on top of causing panic/misinterpretation.
I have a feeling that a similar incident earlier this year in which an Australian asset got lazed occurred under similar circumstances.
