India was "ahead" only in the loosest sense of China being bombed out from WW2, the same way a shitty south american slum town would have been ahead of Hamburg at the end of WW2.
Once China recovered, things almost instantly converged back to the historical usual.
Hint: one of the countries/culture is and always remained a player in the great game of hegemony, while the other is a collection of tribes, occasionally unified in slavery by different foreigners.
For all the things one can laugh at about the anglo, they are an empire building culture who can become peer or near peer to China, depending on how much China neglects it's own situation. The Indian civilization is however not even in the same class, hence even now, India can't choose a coherent foreign policy, properly deal with it's internal troubles and create an independent goods sector worthy of modernity.

People face discrimination and injustice everywhere. It happens to people of all ethnicities in the US, just as minorities in other nations do. Does Indian's being CEOs help them get discriminated any less in the US? It does not, just as more Chinese CEO's won't help lessen the discrimination/injustice of Chinese in the US.

And I said I care about the Chinese who remained in other countries for whatever reason even as they can/unable to offer anything to China. And it was from that perspective that I started talking about Indian (western country citizens) and Chinese (western country citizens) in western countries, like USA. You misinterpreted and started to talk about Indian citizens and India vs Chinese citizens and China.
They cannot name it because most probably it is done at direction of Germany. Scholz says i am in lockstep with US but it does not mean he is in lockstep on every issue. he think every one else is dumb.
Then these minorities needs to stand up, speak up and fight back to make a differences. Rise up to the power positions in the country and craft corporate and political policies to minimize and punish these discrimination. If you do nothing, you get nothing.
In the USA, I do believe that with more Indian/Chinese CEO and politicians they can at least have the ability and power to fight back discrimination and negative policies against them and their communities. Like, with an Indian/Chinese CEO/leader in a company will have less discrimination against Indians/Chinese.
