“They [the US] are concerned not just with exports of chips to China, but the ability of Chinese companies to train their AI software outside of China and bring it back to China.

US wants to regulate smuggling of AI training data across borders and prevent Chinese from training data overseas and bringing back to China.... applying their successful anti-fentanyl smuggling experience..... oh wait.

Just imagine US govt trying to interdict some nerds carrying SSDs in a luggage or trying to stop Gigabit cloud-based computing data transfers.... What idiot MBA think-tanker created this policy.

I have a strong feeling Xi is unlikely to attend India's G20. This has pretty much confirmed it. A meeting between Xi and Biden is useless. And attending India's G20 is just a waste of time due to India isn't going to be a good host.

It’s also a message to India that this is what it gets for blocking Algeria for its western buddies and not standing with the global south. Other gestures like the new Chinese map does show a renewed confidence by China when dealing with India inside the BRICS as the entire global south will pick China over the craven sepoys of India.

Surprisingly, German far rights is the most pro-China party in German. Chinese government is pragmatic enough to work with anyone and has already engaged with AfD party.

You'd be surprised to learn that during WWII the Nazis were actually training and arming KMT divisions, which these divisions were been used to counter Japanese aggressions, until the Japanese called out of that and complained the crap out of it to Germany.

I do know that part of history. And both British and the US have helped Japan before Japan's full scale invasion in China. It is just that many far rights parties in EU have ant-China agendas but AfD is the exception.

The AfD tends to be the most pragmatic, non-atlanticist party at the moment, at least foreign policy wise.
AfD being pro-China is the result of all other Parties' (except far-left Die Linke) policy of being american's dogs.

Their (AfD) outstanding feature is that they are polar opposite to the current legislature, which is cucked and manned by a proven corrupt official.

I'm honest, I don't like the greens foreign policy, but when they started their tenure, at least I aligned with their enviromental policy, but they haven't delivered anything on that front too....

Alice Weidel, AfD party, worked 6 years in a Chinese bank, she speaks Chinese as well, her thesis in school is subject about China.

LMAO, China snubbed India so hard, G20 will be a complete failure. Perhaps 2023 will signify the end of G20. The only interational economic forums that matter will be G7, BRICS, BRI and possibly APEC.

Found this gem online. Maybe China is playing reverse psychology?
