Maybe the new PLAN Z-8L-based helicopter is no longer called the Z-8LJ but Z-8D!?

At least this short video is IMO the second only protograhic evidence of thsi variant:

I've read on this forum there is an new variant of this helicopter Z-18FA with a slightly improved engine. Can we say that its production has superseded production of Z-18F? I think we know of only 5 Z-18F and now there appear to be also 5 Z-18FA, with latest one spotted in May 2023 with serial 43 (per scramble). What do people think? As in, has the Z-18FA now replaced Z-18F? or will there be more Z-18F produced in coming years?

Just a clarification, Ministry (instead of department) of Emergency Management is not part of PAP. All firefighting and forest troops of PAP have been transferred to the ministry since 2018.

Oh! Thanks for this ... I thought they are still under PAP leadership

As it seems, the naval variant of the Z-8L - allegedly to be designated Z-8D - was spotted again:
