basically, says the displacement is 7000 tonnes, maximum speed is less than 30 knots, didn't specify the name of the anti ship missile used. other than that nothing really new.

Regarding the SShM, recently there are some rumours on several Chinese forums that those two 052Cs are armed with the YJ1x supersonic ramjet missiles rather than the widely believed YJ62, but there's no solid proof so far.

well, there are, but it's reallly hard to say what it is using exactly. We can safely assume that what's on 052C isn't the same as the exported YJ-62. But how much is the difference? only PLAN knows.

It is commissioned, but obviously it is still testing, because the Chinese "Aegis" combat system needs a lot of test data to improve and such. And this is a new design after all, too many things need refinement. They all get tested individually, but now they must now get tested as a system.

中新网10月2日电据法制日报报道，新中国成立57周年前夕的一天，浩瀚南海，一场波澜壮阔的海上对抗演习激战犹酣。在庞大的舰艇群中，中国自主研发的新一代导弹驱逐舰首次亮相、首战告捷。这艘具有远程目标指示和预警能力、具备空中、水面、水下攻击能力、超视距打击能力、区域防空能力的新型战舰锐不可挡，尽显海上“旗舰”锋芒。

　　创新，让新型战舰更显神威

2000年10月，由国内多家专业研究所、院校和军代表组成的专家队伍会师武汉，对新一代战舰的设计图纸进行审查。

　　总审图师徐永明带领审图人员经过50多天的审图会战后，向设计单位提出了近两千条修改和改进意见，均被设计专家采纳。在随后的建造过程中，又相继提出了上千条改进意见。设计生产单位综合各方面意见先后下达了6000多张修改通知单。每一张修改单，都使新一代战舰的性能指标向前跨越一步。

　　战舰的隐身性是现代高科技装备的一个重要指标。总代表高峰在一次检查中发现，舰上的后桅杆设计虽然满足了船体结构受力的要求，但也牺牲了一些隐身性指标。他当即向有关厂所提出了修改意见。当时，桅杆已装舰，修改设计技术难度大，重新生产需要一个月的时间，直接影响战舰的建造进度，工厂还会为此蒙受上百万元的经济损失。

　　高峰面对的几乎是一片反对声，但他认准一条：“只要有提升战舰作战性能的可能，就要尽最大努力去实现。”他带领军代表自己动手修改设计方案，优化后桅杆结构，验证隐身指标，经过7个昼夜的连续奋战，终于拿出了一套使新型战舰达到最佳隐身效果的设计方案。

　　某新型雷达，是新一代战舰上的标志性装备。在一次雷达试验过程中，军代表沈小东发现雷达捕捉目标后，数据更新速率很低，他感到还有提高的余地。于是，找到设计人员提出了快速更新数据的思路。被采纳后，数据更新率提高了数十倍。

　　风险，靠智慧和汗水化解

　　在新型战舰上，新研制的设备和装备超过30%。在国际造船历史上，超过这个界线就意味着高风险。面对超强风险，军代表室首次将风险管理模式引用到大型军品的研制过程中，通过采取风险预测评估、预警、化解等措施，使一个个风险归零。

　　某大型雷达有多个阵面，每个阵面有数米宽，高度则相当于一层楼，其基座与舰体的对接误差不能超过一根头发丝的细度。如此高的安装精度要求在造船史上尚属首次。他们对三百多个点进行了测量，采集了八千多组数据。雷达安装时，对环境温度、气象条件都有严格要求，他们专门与当地气象局建立了预报专线，每过15 分钟了解一次气象变化。整个安装过程科学、严密，精度优于规定指标。

　　模块化舰船技术，至今世界上只有两个国家尝试过这一方法。军代表室提出要在这型战舰上推行这项先进技术，但承担研制任务的相关单位谁也不敢拍板。因为一旦有闪失，就意味着整条舰功亏一篑。造一条舰的成本不说，光周期就要好几年，谁能负得起这个责任？

　　时任局长胡毓浩、总代表杜建明果断拍板：“干！”军代表们与研究人员一道将模块化造船技术涉及的关键技术细化为十多个科研课题、几十项子课题，与十多家科研院所和生产厂家组成攻关联合体，经过历时6年的艰苦攻关，首次在中国军舰建造史上成功实现了武器模块化技术的应用。

　　试航，追求新一代战舰的完美

　　新一代导弹驱逐舰的海上试验项目有一千二百多项，仅试验手册就有一米多高。

　　“向党和人民交付优质军舰”，是军代表们共同的誓言。新型战舰下水后，他们组织长达120天、9000海里的航行试验，对试验中暴露出的三百多个研制缺陷和质量隐患，及时组织专家攻关解决，使新装备交付合格率达100%。

　　为了这个100%，军代表们的付出却难以用数字表述：他们用5年时间完成了9年的工作量，累计加班达2300天。

为了新一代战舰的诞生，军代表用他们的血肉之躯，筑起了卫我海疆的和平盾牌。(杨傲多、姜毅、管景崇、赵东)
