Three Different Faces of James Holmes?

James Holmes, the movie theater shooter of Aurora, Colorado, appears to be three different people. Does anyone else notice that the pictures of Holmes are not of the same person? How come this discrepancy exists? Thank you for looking.

He looks to be the same person to me. Maybe it's just the beard that's throwing you off.

Not just the beard, the eyebrows, eyes, hair (curly vs. straight), chin and nose shape are all different.

The people in the two videos are clearly distinguished by different eyebrows, mouth, and eyes. The hair on the guy in the second court appearance looks fuller and less curly than that on the first.
