I checked it, it's recent footage. The year is 2025, there's a typo there.
It's happening again? Why?
Same as the last conflict, Cambodia is a country run on scam money and their neighbours esspecially Thailand are not happy about that. It seems that the criminal Cambodian ruling class is incapable of change
Any potentialities for this to be escalated into Ukraine level?

Trump fails again because his brokered peace deal is so fragile. As a Cambodian, let me tell you guys that Thailand never wants a peace deal with Cambodia. Thai Prime Minister has no real power because he signed a deal and then the military tear it off.

Which news article did you get this information from?

Quite some time ago, I could not remember exactly. The involved person was investigated by Thai authority and then resigned.
PS: Did a search and get this.

The article mentioned an investigative report that lead to such findings but didn't mention the names or pictures of the reports. What are they?
