SUPER POWER Countries weapons ,Hidden claws like Puccy cat.

I noticed that new & best weapons are always appeared in major operations &wars. Some special examples are as followed.
In Falkland war between UK and Agentina,Argentine's France made the superetindark aircraft and sparrow air to surface missiles became famous after war.
1st Iraq war ,silkworm missile and patriot air defence missiles were also famous and came out.
US F-111 longrange attack aircraft were used to bomb Libya leader Kadafi palace and his military site.We had not ever known before that inncident.
C-130 gunship or flying howizer and cannons,it was appeared in Iraq war.
but I had already known carefully about stealth b2 bomber design(not photo)as artist impression in discover science magazine since 1986.
American could not keep their amazing bomber,,It might be ,they like to show his competator CCCP .

SO...I believed that new & effective weapons(unknown &secret) will be rise again in coming battlefield...........
which weapons from which countries.......How effective ...in conventional weapons ....hidden claws ,....????

thanks for your advice.
In my post it is just for example,...these weapons were really became famous after their operation good results.
silkworm was used in 6days war,it is not china origin and might be other name.
China silkworms were shot to isreali target by Iraq.(it is Isreali,DPRK technology ).
SUPER ETENDART was also famous after sinked UK Shefee(Pilot fleet) and next one(I don,t remember).
F111 was famous after bombing Kadafe palace.not famous in Vietnum war.
All interested in F-15,16 and MIG25 when we was young.(1975 to 1985).
A10 is very effective plane for ground attack but every body do not intersted in these type of aircrafts.

All armed forces have secret weapons like unknown card.

Though I'm probably rather young in perspective to the time of the Vietnam War, from what I read I wouldn't say the Raven (F-111) was not an important plane there.
It depends on how you come to recognition/ are familiar with weapons/systems.
The bombing of that Ghadafi palace was a more specific act than the abstract Vietnam war. Therefore media attention was probably more focused on the specific aircraft, wich made it that "famous". The media's way of reporting has of course a certain influence on the public recognition of weapons if you're not too familiar with them.
The F-117 Nighthawk was such a plane that became really famous in the advent of GWII.

I don't think that really many weapons have been a complete secracy until they showed up in conflict. And I think that's even less the case today. The secracy is much more on the capabilities of those systems.

Weapons that are not known of today but will come as a suprise in a potential conflict ...?
Perhaps a stealthy, hypersonic, very high flying reconaissance aircraft. A very sophisticated CM ...

Conducting war is the art achieving victory with the most effective means and this implies that a superior power should avoid ´overkill´regarding the necessary technological and financial resources.

Of course the US could easily win the war in Iraq and Afghanistan if the necessary but prohibitive expensive resources would be sent into battle.

Obviously the pivotal question is: Who decides what is defining ´prohibitive expensive´ (in lives and money)? Unfourtunately for the warriors of the hyperpower tied down in hellish places like Al Anbar or Helmand the plain truth is that the threat they fight with determination is simply not so lethal for the interests of the US that paying the price for an ultimate victory is appropriate from the view of the decision makers (no playing of the ´whose fault is it` game here: both Republicans and Democrats, congress and administration are responsible for this tragedy!).

Looking back at history the US has only in WW 2 and during the Cold War (in an inert way) applied her full arsenal of strategic force since the threat posed by the Axis (Germany-Japan-Italy) and later by the Sovietunion was deemed lethally serious by the decision makers in Washington and correspondingly a high but necessary ´price´ was paid by the american people. The lesson for potential adversaries of the US in our times is perhaps quite troubling for them: If a country poses a real (perceived?) threat the US will try with certainty to neutralize (elimination is too risky in the nuclear era!) the adversarial power as far as possible and the US will employ the necessary military force to achieve this.

Never forget that WW 2 was terminated in the Far East by the US using a weapon developed in utmost secrecy against a completely hapless enemy. Every potential adversary of the US must be aware that posing a challenge is simultaneously a grave threat for their own security. After all the current technological superiority of the US in several decisive areas of miltech is a fact that every major power has to reckon with but assuming that dominant position makes the US not invulnerable. The recent failures of US interventions in Iraq and Afghanistan are showing instructively how a military goliath can indeed surprisingly stumble. A potential adversary has to play a very shrewd game in tactics as in strategy but at least he will have decent chance since US leaders are certainly not infallible as George W. Bush has clearly demonstrated.:D
