sinodefence.com slowing down?

is it just me or anyone else has also noticed... that sinodefence.com server has slowed down significantly during the past few days?

well I haven't visited sinodefence the website for a long time but when i went there yesterday i did feel that it's kinda slower than a few month before. i thought that was just my imagination tho.

it says HTTP/1.1 New Session Failed

I can't access the main site either. The hosting server might be down. Or is Dongfeng moving the server?
