We can't be too sure without some better lighting about the groove/dip as using the image below was one of my main references, and it does like a bit deeper here likely due to the lighting.

It's entirely within the realm of possibilities that multiple prototypes exist and some just don't have them.

For example, the one you posted doesn't seem to have flat TVC nozzles?

Just noticed the small gap in the middle of ailerons, suggests it is segmented just like J-36. This is 10 trailing edge control surfaces counting the AMWs. I believe they all take part in drag-rudder functionality to enhance yaw authority, I guess this is what it takes for a tailless flying wing to still have decent maneuverability

This thing is looking like a supermaneuverbility monster and I'm not even exaggerating. The AMWs provide insane yaw manipulation because of spanwise leverage, and it has 8 presumably individually adjustable flaps with TVC. If they implement some sort of yaw FIVN in the nozzles, that'll be even crazier - full 3D TVC with flat nozzles.
