A long read indeed, and dry too. Wonder if anyone else read it in full.

I read it (thougth a long porpotion of it was basic geostretegies) and it kinda stayed in the geostrategic level, I would love to see it giving some tactical applications to achieve the goals it setted to the PLAN. But overal, I think that all who are to discuss chinese naval matters should read it, so fundamental basic stuff was it and unfortuanetly those basics seems to sometimes lack from posters here and elsewere...
