Promised some sneak pics and here they are:
While the interior of the ship is "no phototaking", mess room seems to be an exception, here's the prove:
Those 4 PLAN Marines were always present in the room, plus a few officers milling around all the time, so if I can take that picture I'm very certain I was allowed to.
BTW, a fact nobody seems to mention it before: there're 2 big air conditioners in the mess room, feel like to guess which brand they used?
No luck on 171, though much less interesting...and the lighting is dimmer too, not as well lit as the 571.
And for the record, I still feel butthurt whenever Mass Effect 3 was mentioned...

Everything is in the album...I'd want to show more of the spec ops kits but this is a naval forum so...
We know the cold-launch VLS are installed slanted so a dud would fell off the ship instead of fell onto the deck, this should give a good idea of how that installation is.
This should give you a scale of the AShM onboard the 171 - shore-fired version were displayed in the 2009 parade but this really gives you the sense of how big they are.
One thing is that the weather was bad, occasional showers with only time of sunshine at noon - but it was the end of morning session...then add the massive crowd turnout , the windows to take good pics is simply small.

I thought 052C had 8 AShM, apparently only 6 .. a bit odd .. can it go to 12 ? 2 x 6 .. I think it is possible

Excellent photos of the vessel. I like the inside pictures and particularly the detailed exterior showing the missile systems. They will help me in my model building.
