I know, but why then is the "smaller" one still called YJ-21 even if does not seem to be a pure AShBM, but more a regular air-launched BM, so that KF-21 would be justified here too?

This KD-21 is one-stage only or two-stage design?
Curious, it'll most probably fit into J-20 side bays.
