Not disputing that but there is a very small jump between a target drone and a loitering munition with today's electronics. Multiple countries have derived loitering munitions from target drones so far.

The orange paint job is the same as what is used in target drones/missiles.
just cruise missile based target missilesDoes anyone recognize this missile system? I assume it's a loitering attack munition.
