Need help from Urdu speakers

I came across this, I think the hand written part is Urdu, can anyone confirm, and a quick translation would be much appreciated.

and btw, how do you know it's urdu and not hindi or pashto?

pimping letter?
Some one posted it on a blog and asked everyone to guess what it is.
I thought it's Urdu and not Pashto because it looks more Persian than Arabic, and Hindi uses a totally different script.

oh, excuse my hipsta-ness. "pimping" as in "cool" or "awesome." i have no clue what it is, but i'm guessing it's a postcard or something.
