Look, I will give this to you straight: this is simply unacceptable.
Look at the scroll bar, there are a few dozens "Legitimate Interests" that you are auto consented to which you are forced to disable one-by-one. Where is the Reject All button? No where to be seen.
I don't know what service SinoDefenceForum signed up for to end up with such a consent form, but my suggestion to you is to switch that service provider because the design for this consent form is predatory.
