A section of a major bridge has colapsed in harbin, china. 3 people dead and 5 injured.

- The bridge cost 296 million dolares and was completed november last year (10 month old)...
- Its construction was schedule to take 3 years. Yet, it took only a year and half to complete...
- Its at least the sixth major bridge colapse in china since july last year (1 year span)...

the chinese government must really adress this problem. Things like that will continue to happen, unless fundamental action is taken in terms of oversight of big infrastruture. Even xinhua seems unusually outspoken about this issue.

I'm no expert but that cement does not look properly cured(hardened)
