This is just a little self indulgence by yours truly.
A few weeks ago, a member here posted a video of a High Speed Train Journey from Beijing to Guangzhou (was the member the guy making the video?).
Anyhow being the sort of guy who will spend an entire journey with his face to the window watching the landscape go by (unless of course I am driving), I was too much a sucker to let it pass.
I also have a very particular taste in music; mainly old German bands from the Seventies, and is my usual habit I set something to play while I watched. To my immense pleasure, I found that the music choreographed the video almost perfectly and that the overall style of the music matched the style and subject of the video perfectly.
The Sound Track is called "Patrolling Space Borders" by Tangerine Dream and is a series of Semi-Bootleg tapes from some concerts in the mid 70's.
I enclose copies of both from You Tube. set them off to start together and enjoy. You might want to turn down or mute the train video audio.
