Hi,
probably J35 is somewhat like F35 for USA, while keeping F22 for themselves and
pitching F35 to almost every other country except the israel’s neighbouring countries
so in that way China can also pitch J35 to countries which china deemed fit to take on
but I’m agreed with more experienced members who want these J35 with full awacs and other
spectrums around the bubble of J35 and keep one more thing in mind guys before J35 the same
country has to buy a fighter like J10c for actual way of using Pl. missiles with AESA radars
thank you

Spotted again. I think this is the J-35A.

It’s at Huludao which iirc is near a PLANAF facility, so maybe it’s the naval variant?

It may well be. I stared at the silhouette for while and thought there's enough separation between the tail stabilizers and the wings, which would make this the air force version. Also, Huludao Bank has branches in Shenyang, so the location doesn't have to be in Huludao.

Unlikely for Egypt to fight Israel. Those two are on good terms, at least between the ruling class.

And for whatever reason it is being pitched to Egypt. Clearly it is not completely out of question. If there is no intention to sell at all, why pitch it?

Every country in the region that has friendly relations between ruling classes to Israeli require intense US political and material support/pressure. As US power wanes, the Arab comprador elites can start executing more independent policy. We can kind of see this in Saudi Arabia forging closing ties with China.

Since reports of Egypt receiving the PL-15 emerged, they've been a little bit more willing to stand against Israel:
Military air traffic comms show that Egypt declined a request by two U.S. Air Force B-52H "Stratofortress" bombers to pass through Egyptian airspace. Tensions are continuing to rise between Egypt and the US, with them now being at their worst in decades. This is largely due to Trump's widely condemned plan for Gaza.

There's a US law that prohibits them supporting anything that threatens Israel's complete air dominance. This is why Egypt has no METEORs, AIM-120 AMRAAM or even AIM-9Xs despite having F-16s.

All that being said, I also have doubts if J-35 is the most cost effective solution for Egypt. They're not likely to be able to seriously threaten Israel and J-10Cs are probably enough for deterrence. The picture is likely just a photo-op (and maybe a troll? lol).
