Nuclear powered Italian ships are a fantasy. They don't even have a civilian nuclear program.

Mid-air collision of three aircraft of Italian Frecce Tricolori the May 6, 2025 ended with the three planes landing ! They got balls of steel to land the damaged aircrafts. One veered out of the landing strip to end in a ditch wounding the pilot lightly to one leg.

Here you can see the damage suffered by the other 2 MB-339C aircraft that the excellent pilots managed to land without further damage.
