Iraq got helicopters which are donated by the Jordon & upgradded by US....???

I would like to know the Iraq helicopters ,which helicopters were donated by Jordon and upgraded by US .
Friends,Could you share me your knowledge on these helicopters.
For Example:name ,origin,which weapons and rador installed ,specifications..??
I got some news ,Iraqi force were using over Bagadad for counter insurgency and trackking terrorists.

Muslim brother countries always help each others ,Rich Arab countries transfering their old weapons to poor Islamic states .
SaudiArabia and Kuwait transfer their hundards of the old tanks to Bangaladesh.
So,US & western countries must keep their Hitech military software or hardwares .these dangerous weapons & technology will go to some terrorist groups.but US and westerners,ve already known about it ....

I have to frankly profess that I know little about Iraq military equipment, and where they came from. However I think there's something regarding 'Muslim Brother Countries'. It's generalizing to think that all predominately Muslim countries work together. The Taliban views the Saudi royal family as an enemy, especially for allowing US bases on Holy Land. Iraq and Iran fought a very bloody war in the 80s...

Western policy regarding the Middle East has always been confusing, possibly indicating ignorance regarding the history of the area, as well as the volatility and the unstableness of governments. For example, right now the US is arming the newly created Iraqi Army. Should Iraq ever become a functioning Democracy it will be represented by leaders hostile to the US because that is the general sentiment of the people. As such it will have been armed by the US as well.

Jordan donated 2 x C-130B and 16 UH-1H Huey's to the new Iraqi AF. US companies have been contracted to upgrade the Huey's to Huey-II standard. UAE also donated 4 Bell 206B's.


As for wealthy countries "donating" to poor countries, sometimes it's cheaper to just give away old military hardware than to pay for proper de-MIL & disposal.

Thanks for your sharing ur knowledge....
Iraq new armed forces must be strong to restore law and order ,peaceful operation over fighting each others between SUNI & Sherite groups,etc.
I hope for the best for Iraq people....not for militia terrorists.
