American has given India enormous amount of financial and technological support to produce nuclear weapons and nuclear energy without accepting traditional international laws on nuclear technology. Bush's recent deal with India adds to this situation and Rice will be making a trip to India.
Both American and Russia are planning to sell lots of weapons to India in the future, including advanced weapons like 5th generation jetfighters, missiles, radars, and ships.
India has an antagonistic relationship with Pakistan, and Pakistan's relationship with America is slightly worsening while Pakistan's relationship with Iran is slightly improving. America and Iran obviously don't get along.
China's relationships with Iran, India, Russia, and America are slightly improving. Russia's relationship with Iran and India is improving, but Russia's relationship with America is worsening.
