Shinzo is going to change the constitution and the Japanese will build their formidable Navy and they have the experience to do it!

How fast will the PLAN modernize? How many carriers are coming up? Faster China!!!

What are you talking about? If you're referring to a news article, post a link. And spare us anti-japanese sentiments. Hu Jintao urged the navy to modernize all the time. And they certainly are. But any arms race with neighbours is still far off.
