Hi Guys,

I'd like to ask you a happy question; how many of you have been a father? For me, I became a father since yesterday, July 1, 2011.

CONGRATULATIONS! One of the great events of life and a real opportunity to learn and grow and love.

We have five kids. Mine are age 31, 29, 27, 25 and 22. Three girls and two boys.

We now have 8 grandchildren too! Let me tell you, that is the sweet spot...as you will learn in many years from now.

Treat them well, teach them to be good...and it will come back to you

Thanks for comments, Jeff.

Vow! you have a very happy family. I think the feeling of being a grand-father for the first time is similar to that of being a father. I can feel my in-laws are really nervous. They called us almost 10 times when we were in hospital for the first night.

popeye, look like you have a big family. I thought people in western countries would have less children than those in eastern ones.

Where did you get that idea? Most Western families I know are far bigger than their Eastern counterparts even here in the U.S. Oriental families here usually only have two/three children.

looks like he's never heard of the Duggars LOL ...to his point it is true that most 'Western' countries have small families BUT not the US. Unlike most other 1st world nations like Japan, Europe etc, US has a very positive population growth.
As for me I have 2 rambunctious toddlers.
