Holy Cow! Invisibility could become reality!

Seems like the "invisibility" is for microwave only right now, but this is proof that light-bending is actually possible. They just need to perfect this for light in the visible and infrared spectrums, and we'd have a new game changer in warfare!

A Japanese scientist came up an invisibility tech in the visible range. Not perfect, but one wearing the cloak is not visible any more. However, you can clearly tell there is something there...

My expertise is membrane biophysics and biochemistry. I have been making synthetic cell membranes since day one in grad school... And people have been making artificial cell membrane since the early 70's. I don't know why they are now making it sound like something new...

It's not light bending, it's just preventing detection through the use of destructive interference. There are so many challenges to this technology that we need a computer system unrealistically adaptive that we'd be sending the previous Governor of California back in time before we have that kind of computer.
