I'm too old to remember my lunar calendar now. What's the animal for the new year?

Crobato, I remember I saw a pix of you in the member's pix thread some time ago. You look like a westerner, but may be my memory serves me wrong. You posts implies that you know Chinese quite well.

OK, tomorrow (Jan 26, 2009) will be the first day of the Chinese New Year. This year will be the year of ox. May everything be fine to all people around the world who celebrate or not celebrate the lunar new year.

Hey, you have the multirole fighters/bomber such as the Su-30 and F-15. But don't you have a multirole calendar? My calendar has three date systems including the solar calendar, the lunar calendar for the Chinese and the lunar calendar for Khmer. (Joking)

No I don't have multi-calendar, although I know there is an application you can download to operate on the iPhone or iPod Touch. Many businesses dealing with the Far East have to have lunar calendars because so many Chinese businesses operate on the notion of Feng Hsui, so they pick certain lucky dates for example, to sign contracts, make investments, or open stores.

Looks like USPS just issued a Chinese New Year stamp.
