This noise cancelling headset is about $42. Interestingly this apparently machine translated bad review "It's rubbish, they don't work", IP from Ukraine. Very bad item, hate from Ukraine.

If they're selling it for $42 it probably is rubbish.
You can look these up on aliexpress (or at least similar ones). The sub $80~90 variants are actually non-noise cancelling DESPITE the product name stating they are. That ukrainian guy probably didn't read the item description lol. These things are usually just meant to replicate real earpros for some airsoft larp.
