Going from captain of Hainan to 2nd in command of Shandong, we're just memeing that he'll transfer to a lower position if he transfers to Fujian. Maybe he'll end up as head cook on the PLAN's first CVN
I'm glad China is not supplying Russia with military equipment. I'm also glad Russian consumers are enjoying their shipment of laundry machine chips , aerial photography drones, civilian communication equipment etc. I'm also good with Geely, Chery, etc occupying 80% of Russian auto market as well.
