If you do an auto-translate of the audio commentary in Korean (in the background and softer), you will see there's zero correlation between the commentary (in Korean) and the audio commentary in English.
The audio propaganda in the (North) Korean language is actually a bit more sophisticated and subtly reminiscent of the BBC doing a propaganda piece on China.
