You will find these people dominating Chinese language reddit subs like China_irl or real_china_irl. Or the infamous Chinese rebel website called Pincong.rocks
They have a very white supremacist view of the world and just like white supremacists in US and other countries they absolutely hate China and actually want a war between US and China right away so that China can be nuked to destruction. They even have term for it called nuclear peace.
Well if some of the Israeli representatives that's going around Indian media continue to act this way, as this deranged idiot has done to a prominent Indian/CNN anchor then all the "I love Israel sir/ma'am" will quickly changed...
What are those lunatics end goal or at least, wish for China to become or be satisfied with? Thar China becomes like India? An appendage to American diktat? Who's their ideological heroes and what sort of magical democratic fairies those people idolize, political theorist that they admire, and most of all, why would they yearn a war that involves the use of nukes between China and U.S. when the end result is End of life as we know it?
It's one thing to admire and yearn for Western democratic style chaos, it's quite unhinged and literally crazy to wish cataclysm on a world ending proportions. They're nothing but NUTJOBS worthy of derision and oblivion.

They think China is Nazi and Devil incarnate and so weak that it is on the verge of collapse. Plus their view of US is extremely over inflated.
So, if US and China fought. US would win easily since most Chinese weapons "dont work" or fake or PLA soldiers will give up without a fight since they are "sissy" losers. Or they think US represents the pinnacle of weapons tech, US soldiers have extreme training compared to whatever Chinese can do and so on.
They don't actually think China's nukes would even work. They think China's nukes are going to be intercepted or fail during launch.
And What is their end goal? They say Chinese people are barbarians and Chinese civilization itself is barbaric and China also do not deserve to be democracy either because they know a democratic China will still be nationalistic. They want China to be broken up into pieces and colonized by the "civilized" west for several hundred years so that all the "bad thoughts" can be rectified. They hate Chineseness itself.
They also like Japan alot and continue to defend Japan colonizing China and "civilizing China".
And if you think these people are fringe, that is not the case at all. They represent the mainstream of so called "pro western" Chinese people. Apple Daily by Jimmy Lai had an english language version called Apple Daily english. It was full of articles which had these kinds of views of China being a threat to humanity and China collapsing right away.
