I'm not sure why people expect the J-36 to use circular nozzles, It seems to be a common theme. It is very likely it'll use a SERN for better stealth and thermal management.

How about that single rack with a PL-17 and 2 PL-15’s, and the J-36 could hold 6 or even 8 of those racks!
If that is real, then it means the J-36 could carry THIRTY SIX missiles, is this why it is called J-36?
