Diaoyutai dispute

The DF-21D by PLAN missile force VS the Rim-161 standard missile 3 fielded by JMSDF aegis class destroyers. They are the best fielded by both parties and mostly likely used in the event of conflict. Which weapon system would win the day?

South Korea can better judge than most whether your fears are justified. Such a war would be very damaging to that country and by choosing the side of China, if only diplomatically, it would take the US garrison out of the military equation and so force Washington to stop Noda. As this would further strengthen the Korean ownership of Dokdo and the Russian ownership of the Southern Kuriles the proper form might be a common declaration of the foreign ministers of South Korea and Russia.
I don't think military cooperation between China and SK would need to be considered.

Ratheron standard missile 3 ability to intercept offensive Df-21D, and if the Df-21D has the accuracy to actually hit a ship.

Other suggested weapon system also welcome, they need to be fielded by JMSDF or PLAN.

The PLA, PLAN, PLAAF are all political organisations, as well as the Chinese armaments industry. If politics are not allowed, then you shouldn't talk about anything to do with these organisations and entities.

Here is the political officer of the Chinese carrier on the right of the picture. See, the captain is the political officer's right hand man - the boss is the CCP representative. Symbolisms are important to the Chinese. They would not have arranged the standing positions of these men without careful consideration.

Political consciousness of the Chinese soldier is what allows him to follow his leader to hell and back without wavering. To discount this facet of the Chinese military is what caused MacArthur to beg for the use of nuclear weapons against men armed with bugles and gongs. Then, as it is now, it is not what weapon against what other weapon that determines who wins, but what the fighting men believes in. If someone believes in something, he can beat the crap out of you with a gong against your machine gun.
