Shandong has returned to the SCS. Per JP MOD:
Worth noting that:
1. The CSG seems to have transited through the Babuyan Islands both ways, near which the US has recently deployed more Typhon missiles
2. It also coincides with the start of the major Balikatan exercise, though that is closer to Manila
