I seen Wang Gang and from what I can see, he is truly incredible as a chief. Also, those other channels are new to me so I will watch those. Lets spread this around since really, this is what has always been known for, for its diverse cuisine that no one has really been able to show in its entirety. I have seen Mark Wiens in Tibet trying their cuisine as well as the food ranger and these things interest me since I have been to Sichuan into the mountains to try out Tibetan food and I admit it is quite interesting. More of Tibet should be known to the world instead of all the western negative crap that gets people going free Tibet all the time

As a good old cantonese dude, I dare to claim authority in insisting that we have best food in China!!! First, let me introduce the Dim Sum chain restaurant Dian Du De 点都德. It is the best affordable dim sum restaurant chain in Guangzhou and its surroundings.

I have HK a year before the covid and I feel that the Cantonese food their is not quite as good as it was before, but the cantonese food in Shen Zhen is definately worth travelling for. When the Covid ends and hopefully WW3 doesn't break out during that time, I would love to go back to China to go on a food tour so to speak. If I have the chances, I definately like to try the food in GuangZhou as my parents did mention that food their is among the best in China there.

Also one of these days, I would like to go back to my wife's home city, Dalian where there is good seafood located there. Also want to go to Fujian as well since they are famous for their fish balls
