This actually looks like one of those "boot camp" things that are designed to lose weight in a short period of time... Definitely not military or even professional. Shouldn't they at least wear uniform? Also, the black shirt that guys wear is not PLA either.

Correct. to a point...here's a caption from the pics posted in January.

Trainees gather at the beach as they wait for the beginning of a training session for female bodyguards organized by Tianjiao Special Guard/Security Consultant Ltd. Co. in Sanya, Hainan province January 8, 2012. According to the company, a total of 20 women, mostly college graduates, participated in the training session on Sunday, which was the first open group training for female bodyguards in China.
