Not really.
Nice surprise, the PLAAF‘s 4th Transport Division has gained another - its confirmed 24th - Y-20A transport.
In fact it has the serial number 11257 aka no. 27 but the number 04, 14 and 24 are missing.

That's a regular Y-20A.
