That perspective is confusing... it makes the yellow one look comically bigger and longer compared to the grey one.

The yellow one is unfortunately obscured by an embankment. If you look closely, it's on a taxiway and a lot closer to the camera than the gray one that's in the process of taking off.

that actually point out one of the major criticism I have about Y20 , that the ramp design isn't made with offloading cargo in remote air fields in mind. Y20 has a crane at the top of the tail , and sure it also has a ramp that can be installed , but compared to the C17 ramp it will take much longer , hopefully it is something that will be addressed in future modifications.
Having that crane in the rear is a huge improvement over anything on the C17 wrt remote airfield loading and unloading.

A C17 would need to bring a forklift or other mhe to unload non wheeled material out of the aircraft.
