Allegedly an image showing a Y-20B (in yellow primer) in Tibet for high-altitude flight tests.
I must admit, we have been fooled so often with the Y-20B including its faked "maiden flight images" and so I am again sceptical on this one...

The yellow one is unfortunately obscured by an embankment. If you look closely, it's on a taxiway and a lot closer to the camera than the gray one that's in the process of taking off.
Having that crane in the rear is a huge improvement over anything on the C17 wrt remote airfield loading and unloading.
A C17 would need to bring a forklift or other mhe to unload non wheeled material out of the aircraft.
Indeed. Once high altitude testing is done I think they can start trial use going forward.
Real question is can older Y-20s receive engine update.
