that actually point out one of the major criticism I have about Y20 , that the ramp design isn't made with offloading cargo in remote air fields in mind. Y20 has a crane at the top of the tail , and sure it also has a ramp that can be installed , but compared to the C17 ramp it will take much longer , hopefully it is something that will be addressed in future modifications.

I don't think it take much time to get the ramp set up for Y20. It looks pretty straight forward and take just a few minutes to install.

It might not matter in the big picture way , but this is where "institution knowledge" shows it self . What matters more in the ramp design, and what the end user needs more what need to be priority ,and these can be only learned though use.
