Unless the central drogue has at minimum more than twice the flow rate as the ones from the pods on both wings i.e. at least 2x flow rate to perform 2x refuelling duty of either underslung pod drogue at the same time + even more added flow rate to make up for additional time spent for each receiver aircraft to move into refuelling envelop as opposed to both aircraft approaching either sides at the same time, I don't see how it would make sense to refuel only one aircraft at a time in the middle vs two aircraft concurrently on both sides like demonstrated.If that center fuel probe offer a higher flow rate would you ever use that to refuel fighters one by one or would that only be used for larger aircraft?
