It should not be a photoshop this time. Just checked Google earth, the plane was there on 01/28/2021, 34°39'12.73"N 109°15'18.03"E. Go check yourself. You can tell the engine is much bigger compared to regular Y-20 nearby.

What is this? It is NE from the yellow Y-20.

That's the J-20 avionics testbed, a converted Tu-204C
